Donation Processing

Donations are processed securely through third-party payment partners. Once a donation is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation.

Refund Policy

Because donations are used immediately to support our programs, all donations are generally considered final and non-refundable.

Refunds may be granted only in cases of:

• Duplicate transactions
• Processing errors
• Unauthorized charges

Anonymous Donations

We gladly accept anonymous donations.
However, donors who give anonymously:

• Will not receive a tax receipt
• Cannot request donation records later, as we will not have identifying information

Receipts

Receipts are issued automatically for all non-anonymous contributions.

Use of Funds

Donations support our programs including, but not limited to:

• Hot meals and outreach services
• Christmas and seasonal events
• Mobile shelter initiative
• Essential supply distributions
• Administrative and operational needs necessary to fulfill our mission
